You seem to believe that their ideas can survive contact with reality.

They won't.

I know where the real power is. The real power in this country is with the aerospace defense lobby, the farm lobby, the energy lobby, and the transportation lobby. I know which side the legislature's bread is buttered on, it's not Davos, it's Bechtel. It's Archer Daniels Midland. It's... Coke and McDonalds, Ford and Boeing. Raytheon. Procter & Gamble. Union Pacific. Hell even Amazon and Microsoft.

I know which side really runs things, and I know their only loyalty is to money. They'll play the token hire game, but they're all committed to the greater greed and I have faith in their commitment to crony capitalism.

The Davos clique is all talk, and Bechtel has never done me any harm other than start foreign wars I'm mildly opposed to.

The people who do harm are the ground level SJWs. The cancel culture. They're the enemy as I see it. But they're an enemy that is geographically focused and can be easily avoided. Hell, it's in my interests to encourage them to continue shitting their own bed.
