I think it's fairly obvious by now. Liberals/progressives/democrats devolved into NPC, they have no foresight nor brains to plan out the long term schemes. This is why they make terrible leaders on anything. These threats the blue checkmarks are making if Trump is going to go ahead with the supreme court nomination rings hollow since their woke armies have already been wrecking the cities. What do you think? Is /pol/'s analysis correct?
I'm surprised you went with Crimea and Syria rather than The Troubles , given the tribal and factional nature of the sides. In my opinion, if there's going to be violence, it'll be targeted (poisonings, assassinations, potentially kidnapping), bombings, and other coercion by violence, mainly by the leftists.
I'll agree that the right could probably organize a defense quickly and coherently in known territory (compared to the left), but they'll also be defending larger areas of open land and low density urban areas compared to high density cities. To say the left would have control of them is not really true either. They'll probably turn into more lawless areas where the only enforcement of laws are those that the leftists in power deem worth enforcing.
Finally, I think that while the left does have the ability to gather large crowds and mobilize, I don't believe that a majority of the crowd has the stomach for an armed conflict. Of course some of them do, (that kid from Austin, the guys who stalked the Trump supporter in Portland), but a lot of them appear to be puppets for the organizers. Useful for getting arrested and providing cover, both literally and figuratively, for the actual foot soldiers of the left. They're fighting a 4th/5th generational war where public perception and media representation garner public support so they don't have to engage in violence. The useful idiots don't know that though, and are continuing to burn, loot, and murder, and I think are, to some extent, fucking up the organizer's plans.
I think northern Ireland is a bad example because it's far too dense. None of the cities are going to be divided by walls. They'll be either all one way, or all the other.
They are. They're still dangerous, but they're not soldiers. That's why the left will need to use police forces that are sitll loyal to them. But they've jumped the gun on all this shit far to early. It's like Germany declaring war on France in 1933. There's been no proper logistical build-up for war, just financial incentives. That's why a Days Of Rage scenario makes more sense.
