So here is a link to the discussion post and it goes about as expected with the mod poster going into a history lesson about the sub and what is going with its current heated state. Talks about bringing both of the spectrum together, yadda yadda yadda, and some other shit about attempts to improve the subreddits moderation. The bigger blow up is the higher mods refusal to remove one of the more problem moderators causing the most problems which one user comments about, with citations, in the run up to the big talk.
During all of this, /SubredditDrama catches wind of it and the problem moderator decided to go over and comment in that thread leading to more controversy.
There is a followup posting on the new sister subreddit called /PublicfreakoutsReborn where people start to speculate about about the future of APF and starting to write it off as a lose because of the refusal to remove the most controversial moderator from it.
Another of the mods let slip its a woman, or a "woman."
Because it always is. From the one that killed Animemes a month ago to the Pinkerbelle that caused 75% of the KIA drama.
I played MMOs for a long time, and nearly every guild that ever died was caused by a woman. They literally cannot be trusted in these "spaces."
It sucks, because I know a few women who aren't batshit and can be trusted. But they're just as jaded about all this. Still, gatekeeping is a good thing. We keep seeing proof why
They can't be trusted in normal spaces. There are good women obviously, I am great friends with a few of them but the absolute worse individuals I've ever worked with have been women. Fake smile and then backstab anyone with every chance, man or woman, make drama out of nothing, report to HR for stupid things, turn victim the second someone does not like them. And the absolute worst has been a black woman who would pull the race card every fucking time there was even a hint of criticism for what she did, and she was incredibly incompetent at her job but we had to have diversity hires. This was a while ago fortunately.
