You could argue the phrase "black lives matter" doesn't have to refer to the political organization Black Lives Matter. AFAIK there are no political groups called Blue/All/White Lives Matter so if you're allowing BLM you have to allow the others.
That would've been the smart thing, there's social pressure vs saying all & especially saying white lives matter- some against blue lives matter too. Thus you wouldn't get many people willing to wear anything supporting that or "It's great to be straight" etc, and everyone would be afraid to call out people wearing BLM/LGBTQUIA2?+[Egyptian bird hieroglyph] gear.
So they would've gotten their desired result but would be shielded from criticism.
Im sure that Goodyear will win any suit that gets brought. They will get a favorable judge that will twist the law to justify Goodyear’s behavior. There is no such thing as a rule of law anymore.
You'd also be asking yourself why people are fighting over the phrases "black lives matter" vs "all lives matter". Dumbasses out there still believe "black lives matter" isn't an inherently divisive thing to say, when ten years ago people would have been like "Why are we fighting over which race matters!? We just elected Obama president."
I’d love to see “our politics aren’t political, your non-political hobbies are political” take a formal legal hit.
All they had to do was allow blue/all lives matter & they could've probably gotten away with it despite BLM's ties to the Dems.
all they had to do was say no.
All you had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!
THERE CAN BE NO TOLERANCE FOR INTOLERANCE.

If it's going on in Goodyear, it's going on in other corporations.

title of that video reads like Pidgin or procedeurally generated-text
imagine reading that title 10 years ago, you'd have no idea what it was trying to say.
