This looks like an early 2000's adult swim parody of Wonder Woman drawn by a person who attempts to use a minimalist style but ends up not being able to draw for shit to begin with.
Couldn't even get the vibe of the 80's right -- pathetic.
All of this woman's art looks like this, same color scheme and everything (though she doesn't seem to usually draw them fat). Yet another hack riding on the coattails of social justice.
The background kinda looks like Nintendo video game cover art. That's about it. The Wonder Woman looks like Adult Swim. You're right.
The art style gives me vibes of "East Indian/SE Asian Temple Sculpture". I think it's the eyes. Except the subjects of those sculptures are usually pretty thin.
Looks like a cross between Capcom NES box art and Sega Master System box art.
