You just define your group / firm to have high standards for emotional resilience, silence at work, avoidance of gossip, ban discussion of politics or mainstream media at work for being divisive, etc.
Those are all markers of the busybody types who make these things into issues, so you're not excluding them because they are women (and in fact, there are plenty of women who are also sick of this shit), but because they are a problem.
