I'm only for the death penalty when a person has been PROVEN UNEQUIVOCALLY guilty in a court of law of serious crimes. If we only have them on illegal trespass, yes deport and deny re entry.
I come from the school of 'cruelties' and the most effective way is to do it all at once, then not do it for a long time as if you repeatedly do it, people are more likely to resist regardless of the consequences you present.
