I will make one exception. The Chinese do lecture their African vassals on "diversity", because they are using Sinoification as a mechanism to control those weaker and poorer governments. They actually push similar DIE laws in African countries to the benefit of the Chinese migrant workers alone as a mechanism of domination and subjugation.
So, a little bit of lecturing. But it's easy to lecture when you are the primary debt holder for the country.
I think the "It's all so tiresome" meme came from, not a movie, but a short mini-series or something.
I think I originally heard about this from NPR of all places who liked the DIE stuff, but felt like something was off about reporting how rich chinese foreign workers were passing DIE laws that privileged them over Africans, all with the support of CCP debt-dollars backing the political momentum. For a moment, there was enough cognitive dissonance that one of their brain cells activated.
Communist countries and their vassals are not allowed to be lectured on diversity because they are perfect.
True

I’ve actually been wanting to read up on the Chinese in Africa. Isn’t there a movie about that?
