Matt Walsh, not 2 months ago. "Oh, I know how rough it is for young men. But you still owe all of your effort and earnings to everyone else and especially women anyway. Deal with it."
Did you reference the right message because while he is being a condescending, and i hate to say it boomer. He seems to be ranting about taking some dudes text out of context. Maybe buddy did claim he was going to moot of his parents tit but I doubt it. Boomers still have some wealth to use. And the elite cant wait for them all to die so they can take that too.
Whats the point of working your life away now. It used to be you could work 80 hour weeks and have something to show for it. Now what do you get.
And that is again, by design. The elite have shown us the future that they want and that is a future where they own everything and we own nothing.
How the fuck do people think that is going to happen?
If your not working, your gonna be homeless, some people who are working, still are.
Dont worry though, they are all drug addicted addicts who want to sleep outside!
Including me! I wanted to get poisoned, and denied help, and die from something that could totally be prevented. Fuck it. Homelessness is the only future I see before a quick death.
Thats exactly what I want /sarcasm.
Its not fair for the person im married to, and I tell them all the time if they find another mate I couldnt blame them. I know they didnt sign up to marry some broken piece of shit bum.
Toxic masculinity for ya I guess. I wish I could articulate myself better, id give the cunts who wrote this article a email.
The Boomer take the Walsh is trying to convey in this tweet is basically, "Yes, men are getting fucked over, even if they do take on the role that society and women expect them to fill, but you should do it anyway because what else are you gonna do?"
For decades, Boomers and tradcons refused to acknowledge that men were increasingly checking out because women destroyed the social contract that used to exist, and that the older generations encouraged them to do it. Now that it's impossible to deny that, the Boomer take is: "Yes, the social contact is in tatters and there's nothing in this for you anymore, but it's your responsibility to fix it, even though you didn't break it, and even though the people who did destroy it, us included, keep on proving that we've learned nothing."
This demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of human nature and of the nature of men. Yes, men need to feel like they're making a positive contribution to something greater than themselves in order to gain self-respect and a sense of fulfillment, but they also need to know that the thing they're contributing to has value, and that it's worth the effort. And our society can no longer provide them with that. Many are still trying anyway, and I will never fault them for it, but I'm not sure they'll find what they're looking for.
Being as charitable as possible to the Boomers and the Boomer-adjacents like Walsh and Kirk, I could say messages like this indicate that they finally understand the problem, and that they genuinely want to help young men lift themselves out of the ennui and frustration that is their modern existence, but they still can't reconcile the idea that it might actually not be those men's responsibility to clean up the mess that they've been left, or that it might be possible for some of them to find other roads to happiness and fulfillment. Or possibly that they resent them for trying, which would explain why Matt Walsh is always shitting on anime and video games.
Isn't weird how Matt Walsh has been saying the opposite more and more lmao. I'm going to assume you're lying about the others too
