I thought it was confirmed that the scene is skippable? Or is that just the optional relationship?
Toth notices Henry and pulls out of the performer and there is a shot of an erect penis before Henry kills him
My gut says that part is so over the top that it obviously has to fake... but this is literally the state of AAA gaming today. If this is true I still think the game will sell plenty - normies gonna normie - but the IP is dead.
(and I don't just mean NPC normies but the enlightened centrist faggot types that populate half-KIA who say who cares about globohomo propaganda "AS LONG AS IT'S FUN")
I'm going to say it's fake too. Here's the relevant section from the ESRB summary:
The game contains some sexual/suggestive content: characters depicted partially nude (e.g., exposed breasts, buttocks); sequences briefly depicting characters, both clothed and partially nude, having sex (e.g., camera focusing on characters' midsection and/or legs).
That's the upper limit of what's in the game, unless you believe the devs and publishers are trying to burn bridges and make their product unsellable by sneaking something worse in.
It wouldn't be the first time when the ESRB had to reexamine things they previously rated because things got past them due to the sheer scale of the game. This was the case for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which had it's rating changed from T to M.
