Because that's exactly what happened, with near 100% certainty.
The only other option is some rightwing or general troll did it to mock leftists by pretending to be leftwinger pretending to be a rightwinger, but that's rather convoluted.
No way this is an Evil Conservative, though.
"Evil Conservatives" will just do it instead of writing instructions for other people to do it.
That is a great tell. Liberals expect others to do things, meanwhile I'm taking pictures of groups of people loitering in the parking lot at Home Depot of my own volition.
