The Reddit link above may be what you're looking for, and if you don't like you logo you could easily overwrite with the background color. If there's too much empty space you could also edit it, moving things around for a more 2K look.
I have a 2K monitor and I wanted to make the wallpaper sort of nostalgic and I assumed somebody would have taken something like the above image and created a wallpaper fit for modern screens, but google searching has yielded me no good results.
Any of you guys' have a link to a picture like this in good resolution?
teal background: go into paint and fill with that color(the paint bucket tool most likely) an image with the resolution you want. save with a name that you can remember. (you can probably get away with JPG or PNG, but BMP with something so simple will most likely be the cleanest)
rightclick on your desktop, go to whatever they call customizing your desktop (I don't use windows anymore, or I'd be able to tell you).
find the option for background image or wallpaper or whatever and find the option for custom image/browse for image and pick the file you made earlier and hit enter. hit apply or save changes or whatever it's called nowdays and you're done.
A few people have done similar things.

Here's someone who did a complete theme to make their W11 look like 95:

You could also use something like RetroBar or Open-Shell to get just the taskbar.
Here are a few wallpapers:

Thanks, I'll look into that complete theme thing. Looks pretty sweet
You could try installing Win95 in a virtual machine and take a screenshot.
No idea how well it would run in a modern VM at such a high resolution though.
It's not gonna do DPI right even if you get it to render 4K, I don't think.
You might get it to run at something like 1900x1200 as a resolution that CRTs had I think. Then upscale that with an edge-finder.

You could AI upscale that picture to whatever resolution you want.
