Leftists don't even need an excuse. They're already flipping the script from "biden follows the rule of law" to "hunter biden was a trump witch hunt! He needed to be pardoned!"

They're extending that to "Trump is going to witch hunt Fauci so he needs a pre-pardon!" I wouldn't be surprised if they pull it off, but if I were on team Trump I'd fight the pardon and still haul Fauci in court.
