Any Executive Order done by a President can be undone by a President. Biden spent the first few days of his Administration reversing almost everything Trump did just because Trump did it.
If a future President doesnt reverse it, or modify it, it stands as is.
I get the idea that pardons are different, but there's also something about being "lame duck" too?
Anyhow, lets hope Hunter someday finds a nice jail cell to dry out in... for 9-10 years.

Pardons are not executive orders. Pardons are absolute and not even the president issuing one can do a take-back.
