RFK has a horrific health injury as an excuse. Kamala changes her accent several times a day if need be, she's able to control her voice, she actively chooses that tone.

I don't doubt it. Nobody has that much nasal tone in their voice naturally. If girlbosses think this is what they have to do to get ahead, I won't complain. Never interrupt your enemy and all that.
