Listen, If I was evil as they said I was, I'd be running out of empty land to bury bodies so have to invest in a pig pen.
As for stupid, I haven't been caught out by them because I can play the unopinionated in public so what does it say about them that I easily fool them.

I wonder about this.
If I was as empty of empathy as so many people claim, would I really be chilling most days buying groceries and trying to stop my kids eating paint?
I coined a phrase years ago during an argument that I've used since refined version is:
"I've never hated anybody as much as you hate me, because I've never been motivated enough to come up with insults as intense as uou just used"
I like to ask people, "Do you think I believe what I believe just as hard as you believe what you believe?"
It knocks them out of their NPC scripted moral virtue maintenance routine.
Ive heard similar, I think it's a good line.
For me this all comes back to the editorialization of language, and in my experience you either understand it or you don't.
You either get "fortify" vs "cheat" or you don't.
