There is no such thing as a Hispanic ethnicity, because there is no such thing as an ethnicity that stretches across two continents and two hemispheres.

Of course it is. The same as black includes Jamaicans apparently. You also have Blacks from Africa, blacks from America and they are all just blacks.

You may not agree with how this is set up but you will have to argue with the left, they are the ones that redefine the umbrellas.
