You're doing Disparate Impact Theory backwards. You don't look at the population, and see it's breakdown. You take the percentage within the sub-category you are wining about, and you compare it to a population. That's the whole point of "despite being 13% of the population, blacks make up 51% of homicide offenders"

I'm going to ignore some major problems with the idea of using an American false political dichotomy to graft races onto, regardless of actual values aligning with those parties, and just focus on the population of Leftists themselves.

The majority of politically active and ideologically committed people that associate with Marxist descendent ideologies are going to be white. They're also going to be predominantly upper-middle to upper-class (so somewhere over $100,000 family income). The class segment is pretty traditional for the Left, though the elites of Leftism are certainly well within the upper class, even ones that seemed impoverished (like Marx & Stalin) were quite posh, and were just horrifically incontinent with money. Most Leftists would have lavish lifestyles if they weren't lazy and had "diarrhea of the wallet". Given how the protestors themselves are able to avoid problems with work scheduling, and are able to maintain and attend protests for weeks at a time, and even have no issues going to court afterwards, nor have issues paying bail, they are either significantly wealthy, or have significant funding. That should be more than enough to justify the class segment of Leftism being disproportionately wealthy.

As for disproportionately White, it's the same people. Especially at the higher echelons of leadership; most Leftist organizations are going to be headed by Whites, and then the vast number of Leftist-friendly captured institutions are going to be White as well. Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Finance, Telecom, IT, Science, Academia, Medicine, Government, etc., are all predominantly white industries.

In fact, there was an organization that was studying diversity (read: race control and displacement) within multiple industries. They were lamenting and celebrating different things in their reports. What they lamented was that C-Suite, Upper, and Upper-middle management were predominantly all the same racial mixture of mostly white, and that hadn't moved in several years of activism, despite almost universal support for the diversity (race control) programs in these very management sectors and industries. Instead, what the racialists were celebrating was that they had had massive success at lower and lower-middle management. Normally cutting white populations in all industries by 15-45% in only a few years.

The vast and sweeping majority of upper-class whites promised to purge lower class whites out of their jobs for the alleged crimes of their race, and succeeded. It was whites that approved the programs, and whites that approved the firing, and whites that complied, and whites that control the industries, and whites that continue to be the dominant race in all of these industries in the west.

This is something that you're just gonna have to accept. That's why I call them "Voluntary Sonderkommandos".
