As I understand it, keeping female correctional officers away from the dicks of prisoners is the real difficulty the prison systems have been having. The ladies probably won't mind this at all.
I have friends that are COs. They said legit the first thing they say at applicant processing before you even fill out any paperwork is "ladies, we can not stress this enough, do not sleep with any of the inmates. You will lose your job. They're all going to try to charm you, do not sleep with them."
