The Forbes "richest" list only looks at wealth in publicly traded companies. Guys with massive amounts of old wealth, like the King of Saudi Arabia or the Baron Rothschild, aren't even considered for the list even though they likely eclipse all the "top" guys who are listed.
I have yet to find anyone who can adequately explain to me how the world's richest man is a genuine member of the dissident right.
