Not really. Satan can be defeated with a simple "get thee behind me, Satan". A couple mean words sends him scurrying, like a raccoon or a skunk, or other scavenging rodent. He might be good at his job, but he too is simultaneously a master evil manipulator and powerhouse, but easily thwarted with minimal effort (just have faith).
When God is omni-potent, His opposition will always be... limited, and thus infinitely smaller and weaker.
Satan is easily defeated by God, but humans struggle against him until they call on God because Satan manipulates people he doesn't just shows up and gives you the opportunity to yell at him immediately.
