There's no unique article with that chart. It's from an old reddit post: https://archive.ph/UhtQx
The OP made the chart based on the information from a fivethirtyeight article (see your other comment's reply) focused on imdb ratings.
TL;DR of the 538 article: there are no girls on the internet, but we should cater the top movie list on the internet to them.
