Yes yes… 12 weeks is unconstitutional. But a ban after 22 weeks is OK because… rights?
According to science, finding traces of RNA on a meteorite in space is definite and undeniable proof of life outside of Earth. And they're trying to argue that a developing embryo with a unique genetic makeup and a full set of human chromosomes is nothing more than an agglomeration of cells, like a cancer?
They can't keep their standards straight, and that's why their arguments can never stand up to scrutiny. If they're in favour of murdering babies for the sake of convenience, then they should own up to their own depravity, rather than pretend that a foetus isn't human.
Abortion is, as per the US Constitution, a State-level issue, not a federal one. Roe v. Wade was a mistake, and allowing citizens to vote on the issue is the correct course of action.
I mean, for the most part the advocates have recognized they lost that argument.
The normies are often behind the times. Those that aren't truly enmeshed though have dropped the clump of cells argument mostly. And switched to "Yeah its human but blah blah still a parasite blah blah you can't force somebody to donate organs."
Which is retarded for other reasons but still.
