Ok, I undersold it a bit. This is a blog post of a Yelp review of some straight dude who had the misfortune of ending up in the extra degenerate part of the "club":
There was one dude that was riding another guy (cowgirl style) and yelling "Balles Tief!" "Balles Tief!"…I ask the dude next to me…"What's he screamin?!"…He informs "Balles Tief" is German for "Balls Deep"…
Speaking no German, that's hilariously obvious from context and rhyme.
If he's riding on top, then he is the one controlling the depth in the first place. Who's he yelling directions at? Or is he just proud of himself?
Okay what.
That two word sentence is so wrong, it's funny.
This is activating my autism.
There's 3 possibilities here:
The dude was being funny, by saying an English phrase in a mangled German way.
German faggots use slang that is beyond my comprehension.
This is made up, by a dude with a limited understanding of German.
"Balles tief!" would translate to "The deep of the ball".
If you really wanted to keep the word "balls" in there it would have to be "bälletief". But "Bälle" isn't really a commonly used euphemism in the first place. Sure, if you do use it, people will know what you mean, and it is used in German dubs of movies, but people usually say "Sack", "Eier" or maybe "Klöten" (but I've only heard that one in reference to animal balls or by boys trying to be extra crude).
Screaming "balls deep" instead of just "deeper!" seems weird to me in the first place.

There's no photos, but you'll probably want mental eyebleach after reading it, lol.
The comments, however, are entertaining.
Fuck, I can't believe that they recommend this place to tourists, of all things...
Freaks.
