I don't know who was involved in the conspiracy, and I didn't watch the video, but isn't it said Kennedy would have stopped Israel from pursuing nuclear weapons? If true that alone would be good enough reason. I doubt Russia would have done it even with a reason. Assassinating heads of state is like an Atrocity in Alpha Centauri and there's no way the major Cold War players could have gotten away with it without the other side finding out and hitting back. It wasn't necessary for any of their aims either.

Absolutely no one was going to stop the Israelis from getting nukes. They got that shit in secret anyway from the French, and were doing it during the Kennedy administration.
The Israelis were pursuing nuclear weapons before the US were allies. They lied about it, even to the US, for decades. They've never even considered international law or nuclear arms treaties for a second in that pursuit, even to this day.
