Watching tv after noticing is infuriating. I'm watching a Cold Case rerun and the bad guys in it are a Christian purity club. The victim was a misunderstood girl who was trying to free the repressed group.

They even say that the girl had to die for the sins of the group. Throughout the episode whenever they were accussing one of the group they were sure to show them wearing their crosses.

Sorry for the rant but it's just so noticeable I can't believe I never registered it before

Yea. I heard the ones from the 90s aren’t bad. I used to watch the Rookie with Nathan Fillion but after Floyd they had an episode where and evil white supremacy group was threatening a black teacher. I said I’m done with this show. Happy to watch Hill Street Blues
