Yes, it's real. And the Tweet.
It's amazing, they just can't help themselves. People were joking about how they'd report on this ("Trump gets in the way, delaying medical care for elderly rally-goer" and the like), but this is worse.
Absolutely shameless.
EDIT: And this one is even worse. "Donald Trump abruptly stops North Carolina rally, seeks urgent medical aid: 'A Doctor, Please!'" Also, they bury the explanation at the bottom of the third paragraph. At least The Newsweek article immediately tells you what's going on, and "only" misleads with the headline.

You show him: He doesn't look. Effort: Wasted.
He looks himself: It plants a seed in his psyche, creating lasting effects.
nobody looks up screenshots, mostly because google buries the results. Doctored screenshots are the tool of well poisoners looking to spread (actual) false information. Better to source everything.
If they still trust goigle results, there's probably no helping them.
And where has this method gotten us?
They don't look at it when you show them.
You have to make them look themselves.
