In the 1800s people would literally be like "come to the pub on saturday i'm gonna explain magnetism" and it was a good time.

Me and the boys still do shit like that. When we are playing a game together one of us will just long form explain something we know a lot about during downtime.

One of my boys is working on his PhD in Physics and is the only reason I can even comprehend that nonsense.
