Why were they needing the cars in the first place? Do they use them for personal deliveries or something?
Upper-management benefits? They're less valuable for that when you can't virtue-brag about your Electricity Car to your communist friends when they hiss at you anyway because "Tesla Man Bad" because "Orange Man Bad." It's all very tedious to navigate, I'm sure.
Yeah, the Tesla I'm Better Than You is a common site. It's amazing how they all drive in the same pompous distracted way.

Using company cars as private vehicles is very common in Germany as a job benefit.
Some of my friends are architects and all of them have such a company car (they have to drive to building sites etc).
