Go fuck yourselves! Katsudon along with other pork dishes in Japan are one of the major reasons I'd visit there. Hell they even sold me on eating chicken liver with the way they prepare it Yakitori.

Japan shouldn't have to reduce itself to YOUR food standards because you don't have the expertise to prepare it well.
