Those people, regardless of race, are some of the most dangerous out there because they are literally a random moment from being a grown ass man throwing his entire dead weight into you without a single fear of pain or consequence. So that mixed with having the aggression/impulse issues of a normal black man and the sheer size of one, is almost certainly a death sentence for multiple people.
People like that are what really test my principles on euthanization and abortion because they can provide nothing for society but danger.
I don't even care about the negro aspect of this, that's just a multiplier on what would already be a problem. Which is people who are the flavor of mentally ill that they become this "need to be coddled their entire life" monster.
This case is only notable because it happened to a teacher instead of the parents like it usually does (which is how it was caught on camera), and because him being black meant he had the absurd size behind him to make him far more dangerous than normal.
I'm usually all for racism and extermination on that, but this particular problem effects plenty of whities too and needs its own address.

Giving the government or Medical Industry the ability to just indefinitely imprison someone just because it says they "aren't mentally well" is a horrific idea that we know they would abuse two days after we open them back up. Bigotry would be listed as a "mental illness." People who question Covid would be considered "insane."
So while in theory I think they need to exist in some form for people like this, in this current iteration of society I have zero faith of them being used for anything but evil.

Testing your principles is a sign that there are no absolutes. Exceptions exist for everything, even this rule.
