Ignorance and a lack of nuance is not a virtue.
For negative racism, you are failing to understand the value of the person in front of you because of your own stupidity.
For positive racism, you're typically covering over your own failures by claiming the accomplishments of people who are better than you.

Millions upon millions of sub-Saharans exist in the United States. How much physical, mental, and emotional energy do you actually believe it's worth expending to try to sort out the miniscule fraction of a sliver of an iota of a percent that are worth anything from those that are going to savagely attack and murder you because you "DISRISPEK'D" them by accidentally making eye contact with?
Especially when that catastrophically enormous ultra-majority of them that are worthless, ignorant, loud, shit-reeking savage craven bloodthirsty rape-machines will never expend any of that effort in return and have for their entire lives seen me as so worthless that on social media they can't even bother to type more than two letters to describe my people: "yt"?
White people are born being told their whole childhoods that everybody is equal and that racism is bad.
BNs >literally< (this is not an exaggeration, fucking ask one some day) get told stories their entire childhood about how all Whites are racist demons looking to lynch them, their entire existence is persecution that they're entitled to restitution for, they're history's greatest victims, that Whites invented nothing and stole it all from BNs, and that crime is the greatest virtue they can partake in to 'get back' at society for imaginary wrongs, that it's okay to murder anyone who you even suspect is thinking about saying 'nigger', and to never attempt to learn anything (because that's "White"), never attempt to do something morally correct (because that's "White"), never report anyone's wrongdoings to try to improve your community by getting the rotten ones removed (because that's "White"), never show up anywhere on time (because that's "White"), never hold a job (because that's "White"), never pick up litter (because that's "White"), hell they are told to never even drive with any consideration of anyone else on the road (because that's "White").
Then you wonder why they can't function in any society, anywhere on the planet, in any quantity, at any time in history?
Your ignorance of history is only met by your dedication to an evidence-absent race narrative that was made up for you by archaic socialists and progressives.
The destruction of black culture in America has come entirely from their alliance with the political left and socialist elements. The history of American blacks is quite inspirational, and most of it's violence can be linked to the Ulster-Scott culture of the American south that also made whites violent (yet for some reason you aren't willing to condemn the people of Alabama as a bloodthirsty violent animal race incapable of civilization). This is because that culture has been reduced and anglicized, where black culture anglicized first, then socialized.
I am aware that American Blacks have been exposed to Race Communisms bullshit racial narrative, and each of the things you point out are explicitly part of a Communist narrative. In order:
