The destruction of black culture in America has come entirely from their alliance with the political left and socialist elements. The history of American blacks is quite inspirational, and most of it's violence can be linked to the Ulster-Scott culture of the American south that also made whites violent (yet for some reason you aren't willing to condemn the people of Alabama as a bloodthirsty violent animal race incapable of civilization). This is because that culture has been reduced and anglicized, where black culture anglicized first, then socialized.
