Funny you should mention their lack of profitability. Disney's jump from announcing a stake in Epic has been completely erased and the trend is once again towards the 52W low, setting a new 2024 low at the end of Thursday trading.
I'm expecting a bounce when Deadpool and Wolverine does well, before a return to the usual downtrend.
Epic will never gain back that top value ever again. Its all down hill. Fortnite is old and will never reach a time high ever again. Only there to provide stable income for epic. Epic store sucks balls. The only other thing is unreal engine, but thats just another stable income. Which btw... 90% of unreal engine games looks and feel the same.
True but remember Disney, despite how much they try to rebrand themselves, is an OLD media institution so have connections to A LOT of places.
