You have to build the machine, and you have to tune the machine with a gun. It's a lot of work and a lot of testing. Or, you could just give a cop $5,000 to look away.
You're being totally irrational. Cell towers 50 miles away can get signal through a metal roof transmitted with milliwatts of power. What an insane cope.
Cell towers are even worse to try and use for a communication signal. The timing is never going to be reliable! Wi-fi is even worse because, holy shit, concrete and rebar can stop that easy.
Jesus you're like triggered for some reason.
Yes, I'm triggered that you would be silly enough to suggest synchronous fire from simultaneous shooters; or worse: drone snipers.
That is Hollywood crap that only creates added unnecessary risk and complexity.
Are you dense? Of course they wouldn't use a cell phone. This is why I told you to chill out and think for a second.
Cell is an existential example showing how dumb 'but mah metal roof' is as a reason. Communication over a few hundred meters is not hard. It's an absolutely moronic reason to argue again such a thing.

The machine can be a gun. Now you're not saying only a sniper can measure the weather, you've changed your argument to 'but they'd have to test it!'. Of course they would test such a thing. Another absolutely thoughtless comment on your part.

I never said drone, which is significantly harder - you're creating strawman after strawman because you're wrong and you know it.
Look I'll help you out. There's one good argument against such a thing existing, and that's that you might have a hard time finding qualified people to create something that's only practical purpose is political assassination. But the technology for it not existing is not an argument against it.
