I'm surprised any of them had it at all to begin with. Because in some states a real estate agent basically can't tell you anything about the neighborhood because it might constitute redlining, steering or some other form of discrimination.
Prospective buyer wants to know about the crime rate? Nope, tell them to look for outside resources. Demographics? Direct them to the census. School system? Nope. Places of worship nearby? Nope, can't tell you.
My small, white wife had the best experience with this in a crappy southern area where she was stuck doing field research. The entirely black staff of the real estate office she found was more than happy to show her which houses on her list were in unsafe neighborhoods and help her find something better. It's only the white realtors that think this is racist.

Chris Rock put it best, and it's really no wonder why he never used this segment in his career afterward.
Im sure the black realtors were more than happy to show the safer neighborhoods. That means more money on the sale since the house would be worth more.
Theyd make less money showing some dump in the middle of a shit hole.

black agents are harder to accuse of racism.
