Then we have sexual emergencies, and all the other bullshit. It's amazing the shit you can get away with if you're a protected class; rape, murder, terrorism, theft, the list goes on and on.

This precedent could very well lead to a new legal defense strategy. An NPC defense: I was just following the code.
