I have just started Nightmare of Decay, a retro looking FPS with scarce resources. As someone who had quite a bit of fun with old school shooters, this promises to be quite a lot of fun. Just before that I have played Forgive Me Father, another old school shooter with an interesting aesthetic, this time of the Lovecraftian flavour. Not sure what I will play next, but probably something other, than shooter.

Valheim. I played it in a creative capacity over a year ago before setting it aside, but recently I got a friend into it and they are absolutely hooked. Now we play to get through all the content; and now I build structures for function instead of decorum.
On occasion I'll also play on a TF2 2fort 64-player community server to unwind. So much chaos, so much trash talking that would get people banned in other games...good times.
To me, multiplayer is where Valheim really shines. I tried it single player at first and didn't like it.
When I tried it again with friends I got totally hooked.
Up to you of course but I strongly recommend some QoL mods for Valheim, as well as additional equipment options. I'm not big on adding too much immersion breaking mods, but I really enjoy additional building options and having a variety of weapons on hand.
I like how retarded everyone is in TF2 2forts. 90% of players aren't trying or they're just fucking around. I love it.
