Your implications was that as soon as they signed onto the accords they got these groups in. I'M IMPLYING that these groups were already there and it was only after these accords that the opposition actually brought more light to them.
It follows my experience of conservatives being late to the party, like warning for YEARS that this pronoun shit was bad or that you need to homeschool more than rely on the state to 'educate' your kids.
