Yes, he an obvious troll. But to his credit, he has long since followed the rules. I've never opposed modest trolling so long as it doesn't take over the board. Trolling can otherwise pop the bubbles of echo-chambers, and force you all to come up with good counter arguments. Hater has long since maintained the lightest prodding in a very traditional sense of trolling.
