The Vic lawsuit failure is so far in the rearview mirror of embarrassments that Nick stopped acknowledging the case and Ty Beard's fuckups years ago and now pretends the whole thing didn't happen.

Only Nick's OG fans bring it up anymore (I'm not one, I'm a Rittenhouse normie).
