We don't, but the developers after making a big deal about "no censorship" really should have put out a press release on the day 1 patch to clear things up. At least put the blame on Sony and say they had no choice. If they ignore it then we should assume the worst.
It did indeed ship "without censorship". No internet connection, and that 1.0.0 release is indeed without Sony's western colonial interference. Only upon the (mandatory) updates does it become a changed product.
