it really isn't about discipline, it's about the real and unavoidable differences in people. racial differences are real. this makes some people cry because they hate white men, but it is in fact our reality.
It's what the self-help gurus, life coaches and motivational speakers refuse to accept, that there are differences between people, we are not blank slates and you can't gym your way to be taller or will your way into a career.
This is the problem with DEI.
If you lacked the self discipline to study and earn your job via merit - you probably lack the discipline and concentration to DO THE JOB safely.
