If you didn't have Woodrow Wilson in, it's highly likely Teddy would've gotten in. There is one key difference between him and Wilson other than not as much of a racist prick:
He was REALLY into showing America's military might.
He would've gotten the US into the war WAY EARLIER, before the Russian's withdrew from the war meaning the Germans didn't have time to reinforce their western side, would've gotten overrun and lost.
On the Russian side, this would have stopped a bolshevik takeover and leave the provisional government in charge so possibly Russia then became a Republic or a constitutional monarchy, either way they don't go full commie and both the royal family and millions of people don't die.
On the flip side, it also stops Wilson doing his intervention speeches and promoting the league of nations which is why we are in such a mess currently, the treaty of versailles most likely doesn't happen so Hitler can't rise to power and America also might have a few policies that are more left leaning introduced that didn't happen due to the Red Scare like social healthcare and the ability to remove judges by popular vote as that was a few of the policies Teddy was running on.
