Racial disparities exist. Monolithic racial "privilege" does not. Why do I care if "whites" are overrepresented as CEOs for example (they're not; they're underrepresented), if their policies hate my guts? I am not a CEO, so it doesn't matter to me. Content of character/action, not color of skin. If all CEOs were black, but all policies implemented favored whites, that would be a better argument for systemic "white privilege" than our current system.
