they would stop the election count.. and... somehow... that would overthrow the government

So, I've sought NPC counsel on the subject. I mention that the govt. does not work on capture the flag rules. Their theory I believe is simply that, while nothing that was attempted that would actually "overthrow the government", it is that "orang man so dumb he thought it worked that way" and therefore he dun an insurrection.
