I hate to tell you but that's already the case and AI has nothing to do with it. Half the working population is incompetent and doesn't produce anything of value already.
Nah, I meant when will AI replace the competent half so that all the money goes to only the incompetent half? The tyranny of the competent must be stopped in order to usher in universal basic income and Real Communism™.
