Is that a thing somewhere? Whenever I were in Poland or UK I would just grab a kebab at the nearest booth, sit on a nice park bench and enjoy the meal without ever being interrupted.

From their perspective, they want groups so that they over order and they make more money but if you go to more working class establishments you don't typically get that stigma at all, they just get you your food and leave you alone.
