It is true. At the age of 29 90% of a woman's eggs are gone. If she hasn't had kids yet it becomes increasingly hard to do so, and the risk of birth defects goes up immensely. A decade ago, when the whole women should wait till their thirties to have kids crap propaganda started dropping hard and births started tanking a whole group of doctors came out to try and convince American women to marry younger and have kids earlier, as they were worried at the trends they were seeing. They were shouted down by feminists.
Yeah, that is something that feminists are especially guilty of doing to women, they have flat out lied about biology. I'm a guy so none of this mattered to me but it was interesting learning about age and fertility rates, women are kidding themselves if they think they're going to magically get mr.right 35+ and still be able to have kids.
Not everything…
The part about women over 30 (not 35. 30) vs cousins, and the resulting children, is not true.
But the rest of it is more like… A stopped clock, than anything else.

If that were true then white American women would have more birth defects than inbred Pakistanis in the UK.
