Not a bad concept but the choice is wrong. No one was angry at the Baltimore bridge, it was a tragedy and it is fun to think of conspiracies regarding the accident but no one was angry.

Yeah anger was wrong word

Frustration at the least that at minimum it was an indication of the rise in incompetence in important positions is a better explanation.
